Return Policy

SWISH.GLOBAL’s prime concern is to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase, even if you want to return your purchase. Keeping your smile intact, we kindly accept your purchase as a return, exchange and refund of the amount (excluding shipping & handling charges). We are pleased to inform you of the rights you will have underneath this policy concerning returns and refunds.

  1. To make sure your item(s) is in return and refunded, please contact the SWISH Hotline Number at +88 01767 66 45 34, and specify the reason(s) for the return.
  2. You are requested to bring the invoice and challan to make the return process faster.
  3. Within 15 days after the purchase date, you have the option of returning your item(s), however, the packaging must still be intact and conform to the SWISH Standard Package. This is applicable for both in-person and online purchases.
  4. When you accept a challan, it confirms that your item(s) were delivered to you in good condition.
  5. It is required to pay a minimum of (50%) in advance when buying and stocking an item(s), and the remaining payment must be paid within (30) days of the purchase date. Otherwise, SWISH will only be liable for stocking any item(s) equivalent to the amount you have paid for the thirty (30) days invoice has generated.
  6. The return, exchange, refund, or any modification is possible for a maximum of one time and only for a single invoice.
  7. SWISH reserves the right to withhold or reject any returns and reimbursements processes if any of above the six (6) aforementioned requirements are not followed.

The prime concern of SWISH.GLOBAL is to ensure your satisfaction even if you want to return your purchase. We cordially accept your purchase as a return, exchange and refund the amount (excluding shipping & handling charges) keeping your smile upright.

We are pleased to tell you about what rights you will have in regard to Returns or Refunds in this policy.

  1. To make sure your item(s) are returned and refunded, please contact SWISH Hotline Number at +88 01767 66 45 34, and specify the reason(s) for the return.
  2. You are requested to bring the invoice and challan to make the return process faster.
  3. Your purchased item(s) can be returned within 15 days from the day of Purchase and the package must be intact as per the SWISH Standard Package. This applies to both online & in-store purchases.
  4. Once you accept challan means you have received your item(s) in proper condition. 5. In case of returning item(s), the package must be undamaged.
  5. Purchasing & stocking item(s), it is mandatory to make a Minimum payment (50%) advance payment and the rest of the payment must be done within (30) Days from the purchase date. Otherwise, SWISH will only be liable for stocking any item(s) equivalent to the amount you have paid for thirty (30) days the invoice has generated.
  6. The return, exchange or any modification is possible for one time for a single invoice.
  7. In case of non-compliance with the seven (7) requirements mentioned above, SWISH reserves the right to withhold or reject any returns & refunds process.

Answer: After purchasing the product from the showroom with papers, if the customer shows any problem after taking it home or installing, then it is not acceptable in any way. For example, any kind of crack, missing parts, breaking while installation. If a customer face any problem with the product, he/she will have to talk about it with our sales manager in the purchasing showroom. We are assuring that, we will exchange/refund the product if there is any problem from our end. Please go through our warranty card attached here.

Answer: The customer will receive the refund within 7 working days after confirmation from the Head Office and collect the product/refund from the purchasing showroom

Inform & visit showroom with documents
Invoice, challan, warranty card, Cartoon (not damaged)
Conversation with sales manager
Forwarding complaint and documents to Head Office
Within 7 working days the issue will be solved
Exchange/refund will completed BY cash/cheque (depends on how Customer paid earlier)

Answer: If the customer should not collect the refund from showroom within 7 days, the Showroom will return the voucher with the product at Head Office to cancel the refund. A customer can again file a refund if he/she missed the opportunity. But for that, he/she has to go to the same procedure again.
